The unit is an advanced one axis driver for Piezo LEGS linear and rotary motors from PiezoMotor or NANOS-Instruments. The driver will give the motors resolution down in the sub nanometer/microradian range by dividing every full wfm-step into small and precise microsteps. The system is designe for uninterrupted high resolution movement. Allso at the feet change positions. So we get “endless” high resolution.

This device is desinged for stable nanopositioning and very precise and dynamic movement. It is not desinged to move under high speed long time. The casting is to small to give the warming free. It has an analog power stage insite.

Together with our effective filter function you get subnanometer resolution and repetability.

In combination of our stages like the LPS30 with our own zero drift encoder you get a very precise and compact system
