Return Merchandise Authorization

Before sending any item back to PiezoMotor you must have been assigned an RMA number by PiezoMotor. To achieve that fill in a complete RMA form below and send.

After you have received your RMA number send your parts to:

Make sure the RMA number, Customs Tariff 1) and “MOTOR FOR REPAIR “ are clearly stated on the delivery note, AND on the outside of the package.
